The TV is very easy to use and great value for money. User interface is friendly and no hassle. What is more glaring to me is the fantastic customer service! I have never experienced such great service from any other organisation. Replies were prompt and follow up service is also very good. Kudos!

When my old fridge shows sign of deterioration with ice forming in freezer and water leaking underneath, I was worry for the next one whether it can fit into the tight slot and I am glad the model (TMF 420) fit well and also it was such a good price with ability to use my climate vouchers to offset some amount. It is definitely a thumb-up!

I bought 2 x PRISM+ C270 monitors because I need to work with multiple screens, pulling spreadsheets and files. With these 2 monitors, they are brilliant and value for money. Furthermore, if you need any customer support, they are responsive and helpful.

Not really an audio guy but compared to other brands at this value, it offers more at an affordable price such as Dolby Atmos.
Bought it because of my 2 cabinets sandwiching my TV, thus the sound sounds muffled I guess. This soundbar essentially blast the sound directly forward towards me. Never had a subwoofer before and it sounds pretty good. Bass is just nice.
As a newcomer, I’m quite impressed. I also found out that this is the latest model of the PRISM+ lineup so I’m quite lucky.
My dad and I had been deliberating for a long time if we were to replace our faulty ceiling fan and the moment it was announced that private estates are eligible for climate vouchers, my dad asked me to order one from prism. He had been doing the research for sometime and insist that the search is over as he is sold. After the fan was installed, I was genuinely impressed by the slick design and the barely noticable motor buzzing sound. We are so happy with the purchase and my dad and i have been enjoying the cool wind from the fan in this hot season.
