How to Redeem Your $400 NEA Climate Voucher
We will redeem the NEA Climate Voucher during your site survey, delivery, or installation — whichever comes first.
Our staff will scan the voucher when your product is delivered or during the site survey.
You can redeem any amount (up to $400) with the voucher starting from 15 April 2025. If you redeem before this date, the maximum redeemable amount is $300, and any remaining balance must be paid via PayNow.
Terms & Conditions:
- Each household is eligible to apply one NEA Climate Voucher per order.
- The voucher is only applicable to purchases from the eligible categories (washers, fridges, aircons, ceiling fans).
- Redemption will take place during site survey, delivery, or installation, whichever occurs first.
- You can redeem any amount (up to $400) with the voucher starting from 15 April 2025. If you redeem before this date, the maximum redeemable amount is $300, and any remaining balance must be paid via PayNow.
