Didn't last very long as monitor started flickering between black screen and normal screen at frequent rates after warranty ended. Buy at your own risk, YMMV
I love my new monitor. Its fast and the IPS panel makes it all the more attractive. I highly recommend this monitor for gamers because of the low response time and high speed of up to 165 hz. IPS panel increase the colour accuracy for creative workers as well. Overall a wonderful monitor at great price point. Highly recommended!
First of all I would like to thank Jaye and Ted for the continued support through the entire process. The customer service experience alone is worth a five star rating, you can shop with confidence knowing that there is such a wonderful support team. They were very efficient and patient in dealing with the issues I had encountered. With their support the exchanged monitor came in great with no problems with the display as far as my eyes can see. The monitor is also very easy to setup <10min.
Last but not least I would also like to thank the delivery personnel Jace and Azhari for their fast delivery.
Bought my first Prism+ monitor (X340 Pro) about half a year ago and was really satisfied with the image quality for the price. Few months after that, added the ARC 01 to the screen. And then recently bought another monitor to add to my inventory. Overall, the quality of the panel is actually pretty good and is comparable to other brands that cost more. Support wise to me personally is good too. Had some issues with the display and the support team manage to sort it out in no time.
If you ask me whether will I buy Prism+ screens or TV later, the answer is quite clear and yes, I will!
