Easy to access and easy to use.
The bundle comes with letter box lock and doorbell.
The face recognition allows me to unlock the gate when my hand is full, at the same time the door is also unlock.
Most importantly is the customer service.
Initially I had issues with the doorbell and had to call the customer service.
Due to some technical issues, the problem could not be solved immediately. However, the customer service called me again few days later to follow up.
To me, no matter how good the product is, customer service is the most important thing I will look out for. It is common for digital stuff to have issues. Without good customer service, no one can help you to solve the issues of a good product.
