Installation

Fixed installation and shipping fee of $50 per fan will be applied to all orders. This will cover installation on normal concrete ceilings below 3m with existing electrical points, and includes removal of existing lighting and/or ceiling fan. Additional installation works may incur 1 additional day for installation based on site conditions and associated charges* below may apply as advised by our ceiling fan specialists.

Ordered via 9/9 sales and installation was arranged for within a week. Fast and smooth installation by Technician Amir. When facing issue with mobile app, tech support called me first, even before technician left my house. Issues were resolved courteously and efficiently by Jon Francis. This should be the standard to do sales and not like other brands, who gives half-committed support or draw lines between delivery and support once payment is done.
Best part abt Prism Fans is the mobile app which can even grant shared access. Only flaw i can think of is that the app does not come with usage statistics, which is just good to have but not a deal-breaker.
