SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. As an online e-commerce platform, Shopify allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify will store your credit card data with encryption through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only for as long as it is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Once payment is complete, your purchase transaction information will be deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, third-party providers we engage will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they are contracted to provide us.
However, select third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, may have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them to complete your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies to better understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
Remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are set under elsewhere and thus fall under separate jurisdiction than the terms listed above. If you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, your information may become subject to the laws and jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

Our store uses Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits our site and what pages are being looked at.

_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, used by our website provider’s internal statistics tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
PREF, persistent for a very short period, set by Google to track who visits the store and from where

SECTION 9.2 - REGISTRATION FOR PRISM+ HOME ACCOUNT
When you register with PRISM+ HOME, we may collect the following information
1) Full Name
2) Mobile number
3) Email address
If you refuse to provide this information, you will be unable to register an account with PRISM+ HOME, or utilize any features provided by PRISM+ HOME.
SECTION 9.3 - SMART DEVICE CONNECTION AND MANAGEMENT
When you pair any PRISM+ smart home device with PRISM+ HOME, we will collect the following device information to identify and connect the device to PRISM+ HOME, connect the device to your Home or any preferred network, display the device status, setup routines(automation) and manage the operation of the device;
1) Product Serial Number
2) MAC address of the connected smart device
3) Wi-Fi name and Password
4) Any information and records generated from the operation of the device to provide you with the functionality of the connected device. If you refuse to provide such information, you will be unable to link and control the device
SECTION 9.4 - USER GRANTED PERMISSIONS
“Location” permissions will be requested during the pairing of your smart home devices to the PRISM+ HOME application for the following purposes
1) Personal tracking/edit of purchased smart devices under “Manage Location” function in app
2) In app functionality for scheduling/booking of maintenance services of connected smart devices
If you refuse to grant the above permissions, you may not have access to the full functionalities provided by PRISM+ HOME application.
SECTION 9.5 - THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS
We do not sell any personal information to third parties, we will not share your personal information with any company, organization or individual other than PRISM+ unless otherwise explicitly agreed by you or otherwise required by laws and regulations.
1) If you authorize the permission to use our products and services via GOOGLE HOME and AMAZON ALEXA, you are authorizing both applications to access your connected devices to access voice assistant capabilities provided by both applications.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
