WARRANTY POLICY

General Terms and Conditions

  1. PRISM Tech Private Limited (PRISM+) warrants its products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period as defined in the Limited Product Warranty Chart, and will at its sole discretion, repair, or replace the product with a similar Product.
  2. The Warranty period commences on the date of delivery.
  3. Within the warranty period, PRISM+ will, at no additional charge, perform repair or replacement of defects in workmanship or parts covered by this warranty.
  4. Product is considered Out of Warranty based on the conditions set forth in the Out Of Warranty section.

Out of Warranty

The Warranty shall be rendered null and void if:

  • The Warranty Period has expired.
  • The Product is damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or negligence after the purchase of the Product.

Pixel Policy

Should the LCD panel be diagnosed to contain or exceed the following number of non-conforming pixels within the duration of the Warranty period, the LCD panel is then considered as a defect and can be claimed as in warranty service:

Cracked Screens

Cracked screens on PRISM+ monitors, while categorized as physical damage, will still be considered valid for limited warranty coverage provided specific conditions are met.

A 1-to-1 exchange will be provided for any cracked screen damage noticed and alerted to PRISM+ within the first 7 days from the date of receiving the monitor. Monitors brought in for cracked screens beyond the 7 days limited warranty window will still be serviceable, subject to a servicing fee, with the repair and exchange of parts up to the discretion of PRISM+.
