The washer came with a short power plug and short water inlet and outlet hoses. It would be great if longer hoses or extensions were included for a better user experience.

This is star buy ! The design of the fans is sleek and nice. Furthermore, I’m satisfied with the winds condition and able to adjust the lighting according to my mood and environment needs.
Best Feature(s):Macaroon series I chose mint green stem colour for motor, and blue blades as flower. Went for 52", 5 blades, winged tip for my non-master bedroom. Love the RGB too for cosy fun ambient for live streaming or gaming or partying or movie night, and red light I use it for sleeping. Non-RGB light mode can choose between warm (yellowish), neutral (white), cool, which is suitable for reading/study, work, normal usage.
Performance:8 levels of light intensity for Non-RGB light mode and 8 levels of fan speed. Can use the controller or the prism+ app (smart option).
Value For Money:Yes. I bought through shopee so don't have the extended warranty option but life time DC motor warranty should already give peace of mind.

I was first advised that delivery is after a month but I am surprised that they changed it to a week. The washer cum dryer works perfectly well! The customer support is very helpful. Thank you Prism+
My previous 55 inch prism TV panel had a darken patch on the top left but out of warranty as it was more than 3 years. The prism helpdesk was nice enough to give me a $50 voucher on top of the discounts at their website to upgrade to a Q65 utra google TV as it is not economic to repair the old TV. The price is much much cheaper than other brands TV of the same size. Upon delivery and installation, I am quite satisfied with the bigger screen and the new features and also their good service before and after sales. And it also comes with free subscriptions to Viu and mewatch. The only thing I hope is that the TV could have a longer life span of more than 5 years, my previous prism TV lasted for about 3 years and 9 months and I did not opt for the extended 5 years warranty. All in all, it's a good buy!
