I bought a PRISM+ MONSOON Washer WF95 (9.5kg) on 22 Sep 2026. After using it for a week, my wife's feedback on the washer is it delivers a good wash across curtain, bed linen, soft toys and different clothes fabric though only at 9.5kg capacity. I personally feels that the washer is aesthetically nice with its colourful display panel that complements my home decoration.

Easy to use and selection of wash programs is comprehensive and direct.
Installation is fast and they further explain how to use the machine after installation with demonstration. They also helped to dispose the existing machine.
The only surprise was i was not informed by the sales person during purchase that I have to buy an adapter for my tap for the connection. The installer told me.
