Flexible Voucher Usage and Payment Options

• PRISM+ staff will scan the Climate Vouchers when the product(s) is delivered to your residence or during site survey.
• Please ensure that your personal identification documents, e.g. NRIC and/or utility bills are ready for verification against your Climate Vouchers on the delivery date. You may refer to the Climate Vouchers T&C for more information.
• You can redeem any amount (up to $400) with the voucher starting from 15 April 2025. If you redeem before this date, the maximum redeemable amount is $300, and any remaining balance must be paid via PayNow.
