I helped my father (92 years old) purchased his 1st washing machine. At the very first instant, We notice how quiet and stable it is during a 8kg (estimated weight) wash. Very required washing that he may need are already prep-programmed. My father has not use a washing machine before but I can see my father can easily understand the abbreviation / acronyms on the round button selector and operate the washing machine by himself. First time buying 65” TV from Prism. Although the waiting time for delivery is delayed, but it’s value for money. Delivery guy was polite and friendly, not forgetting the service hotline lady officer, gentle and handled the situation calmly. Overall, very satisfied.
Best Feature(s):the contractor of the prism is very pleasant and they can share their idea of how to install it. they fixed it and the dimensions they measured were tremendous.
Value For Money:it was a Singapore brand but still considered and value for money.

However, after 2 weeks of daily usage at almost every corners of our lovely home. My family really fell in love with EvoSonic Pro and can’t replace with others. The Evosonic Utra is amazing for it price point. Easy to use and nice multi colour digital display. Adaptive Auto Mode adjusts suction automatically based on floor type and detected debris, Smart without being too complicated.
