My previous 55 inch prism TV panel had a darken patch on the top left but out of warranty as it was more than 3 years. The prism helpdesk was nice enough to give me a $50 voucher on top of the discounts at their website to upgrade to a Q65 utra google TV as it is not economic to repair the old TV. The price is much much cheaper than other brands TV of the same size. Upon delivery and installation, I am quite satisfied with the bigger screen and the new features and also their good service before and after sales. And it also comes with free subscriptions to Viu and mewatch. The only thing I hope is that the TV could have a longer life span of more than 5 years, my previous prism TV lasted for about 3 years and 9 months and I did not opt for the extended 5 years warranty. All in all, it's a good buy!
