The installer was early, and explained everything in a step by step process.The interface is easy to learn and use, to add users.The locks themselves are good and easy to use.

First time ordering a Prism+ fan. Fast admin process and quick installation done. Fan is good. 5 blades really makes the room feel cooler. Easy to use remote control. Multiple light colours to entertain my sons and put them to sleep. Great purchase!
The product was dispatched promptly and arrived in excellent condition. The installation was straightforward; however, I did experience a connectivity issue with my laptop.
To my surprise, when I contacted customer service, the representative was highly professional and patient in addressing my concerns and the difficulties I was encountering.
While requesting the name of the cable I was using, I simply unplugged and re-plugged it, and the monitor began to connect to my laptop.
The screen is significantly larger compared to my current 24-inch monitor and offers exceptional clarity.
I have no regrets about my purchase, and after using it, my work has become considerably easier.

When my old airco started to have issues, i was on the look out for a new system to replace it. Chanced upon Prism+ aircon. It took me a good 4-5 months of surveying, visiting website and going down the store to enquire and end up opting for Prism+ as the offers, price point was attractive! From the time we made the payments, the team has been walking with us till the installations. Even after installations, they continue to provide after service hypercare to ensure everything is going smooth. No regrets! Well done and great job Prism+ team!
