Ordered the Monsoon series separate washer & dryer and delivery/installation was fast. Prism+ also helped to dispose of previous sets. Both machines feature colored touch screen panels, multiple programs, energy-saving and quiet operation - all for a great value price with climate vouchers!
The installer was early, and explained everything in a step by step process.The interface is easy to learn and use, to add users.The locks themselves are good and easy to use.

First time ordering a Prism+ fan. Fast admin process and quick installation done. Fan is good. 5 blades really makes the room feel cooler. Easy to use remote control. Multiple light colours to entertain my sons and put them to sleep. Great purchase!
The product was dispatched promptly and arrived in excellent condition. The installation was straightforward; however, I did experience a connectivity issue with my laptop.
To my surprise, when I contacted customer service, the representative was highly professional and patient in addressing my concerns and the difficulties I was encountering.
While requesting the name of the cable I was using, I simply unplugged and re-plugged it, and the monitor began to connect to my laptop.
The screen is significantly larger compared to my current 24-inch monitor and offers exceptional clarity.
I have no regrets about my purchase, and after using it, my work has become considerably easier.

I just love the freshness and coldness of the interior refrigerator with all my foodstuffs stored inside. The freezer is just the right size for me.

When my old airco started to have issues, i was on the look out for a new system to replace it. Chanced upon Prism+ aircon. It took me a good 4-5 months of surveying, visiting website and going down the store to enquire and end up opting for Prism+ as the offers, price point was attractive! From the time we made the payments, the team has been walking with us till the installations. Even after installations, they continue to provide after service hypercare to ensure everything is going smooth. No regrets! Well done and great job Prism+ team!

I love my black shiny prism+ fridge so much. The new modern touch fridge add more class to my kitchen. The salesman that attended to me at suntec branch was extremely helpful and patient in helping my purchase a smooth one. The delivery team was helpful careful in setting up the fridge. I am first very happy with the service sales adviser at the Nex store and then with their expert advise according to my need, I finally decided to select MiniLed Prism 55” TV and made my purchased. The is a nice sleek looking refrigerator. It is value for money, spacious and I certainly it lasts longer than my previous fridge which only had a life span of 5 years. This model is similar and I certainly look forward to a well utilised refrigerator for many years to come !
