Item as per described. Everything was good. Delivery guy was super friendly and helpful. However, the time required to deliver was way too long. Almost a month after ordering. Seller should have at least indicate as pre order. Had to deal with one month without tv. Faster to have just ordered from the store. If you want to buy prism products, just buy from the store. The online purchase delivery time is quite deadful.

Finally, this PrismPlus PureFresh MB 90L bar fridge delivered to my home on 7 May 2025 around 6pm after waited for several months. I paid $259.10 (10cts from my Shopee wallet months ago & paid $259 onsite by Climate Vouchers). He scanned twice; first QR of $255 followed by second QR for $4 to pay total $259. Interestingly and curiously, we were informed by the delivery guy to switch on the fridge at 9pm and the next day at 9am then put things inside the fridge. 🤔

The installer was very punctual and gave very specific time to arrange for the installation. A fresh ground sheet was laid over existing sofa and floor before commencement of work. The installation took only 15 minutes to complete to replace the existing fan. The only issue was the connection to wifi which took longer than the installation itself. In the end the installer asked the office to call which they did straight after he left. The connection issue was resolved immediately. Overall a very pleasant experience with the installation. The fan is quiet and powerful and connects to Google Home. Highly recommended and kudos to the Prism Plus team.

The team was very professional. They completed a job nearby my place and give me a called at 2.30pm and check with me if its posible to come and install my smart lock. I told them that my appointment with them is on another day and i was at work. I can only reach home around 6pm and they told ok they will be happy to wait for me. When i reach home they were waiting for me outside my house ready to start work. They explained to me the work will take around 1½H to 2½H and after installation, they take demo and explained everything required and ensure i understand by questioning me, they even help me clear all the debris which i find its very professional. All and all i find the service provided and the product is very² good.
