My son's 2yr 10mth Prism+ curved monitor started behaving weirdly. I contacted Prism+ support and was pleasantly surprised to be reminded that it had a 3yr warranty. Service parts were understandably unavailable so somebody came by, left a brand new monitor and packed and took away the faulty one. Unfortunately, the new monitor had an issue with the DP cable which was easily fixed with HDMI. Prism+ sent a guy over again, this time with an HDMI cable! Thanks, Jester! The support team had stayed in touch with me from day 1. So from Ironne to Kurt to Ted and back to Ironne again, everyone took ownership, ensuring a seamless experience for me and a constant follow up to ensure my monitor issues were resolved satisfactorily.
