Nice and working well
Called Prism+ hotline to resend the subscription link as mine was expired. Managed to sign up and the filter was send promptly. The service person emailed and called to follow up as Im having issues with the filter health even after installing and assist till it was resolved. Thank you and keep it up for the great service.

Heard a lot about air purifiers. I decided to get 2 Vortex Air Purifiers for my living room & master bedroom as I have dogs at home. Also got an Aura Air Purifier for my sons bedroom. Really wanted us to have better quality air around us especially when we are home for better health outcome. Got additional filters to standby for change. Am grateful that staffs were quick to respond to my issues with one of the Vortex and got it replaced one to one a few days later. Hopefully well see good results. Thanks!
