You pay nothing upfront. Installation, quarterly servicing and full warranty coverage are all bundled into one monthly fee.
Yes, quarterly servicing is fully covered for every year of your plan. That's 12 visits over a 36-month plan, or 20 over a 60-month plan. Our team will reach out every quarter to arrange a time that works for you, so you can plan around your schedule. Each visit includes a full check-up, coil cleaning and gas top-up if needed. No extra invoices, no chasing appointments.
Full parts-and-labour coverage for the entire term you choose, whether that's 36 or 60 months. If a component fails during your plan, we repair or replace it at no additional cost. This includes the compressor, which is usually the most expensive part to replace.
Yes. The 36-month plan offers a shorter commitment and standard inclusions. The 60-month plan has a lower monthly rate, longer warranty coverage, and includes a complimentary Chemical Overhaul (typically worth $150+ per unit). Most customers go with 60 months for the better long-term value.
Yes. Standard HDB and condo installation is fully covered, including bracket, copper piping, trunking, insulation and electrical work. Your free site survey will flag if your home needs anything non-standard (like extensive concealed trunking) before you commit, so there are no surprise fees on install day.
A Chemical Overhaul is a deep-clean restoration where we dismantle the indoor unit, chemically wash the internal components, and reassemble it. It restores cooling performance and extends the unit's lifespan, usually recommended every 2–3 years.
It's complimentary on the 60-month plan only, applied across all units in your home.
Absolutely. PRISM+ aircons are also available for outright purchase through the main PRISM+ store and retail partners. This subscription is designed for customers who'd rather spread the cost monthly and have everything (servicing, warranty, installation) bundled together but if upfront ownership suits you better, that option is always there.
The unit is yours to keep - no buyout fee, no return required. You can choose to continue with PRISM+ for paid servicing if you'd like, or maintain it independently. The aircon stays in your home.
The deposit will be returned at the end of the subscription term.
The first instalment will be charged 1 working day before the scheduled installation date.
The monthly instalment amount will be adjusted to reflect the refunded piping fee.
