Rahman and his colleague arrived earlier than expected and were super efficient and helpful in installing ur first ever dryer (including a short brief on how to operate it). They even helped to fixed the leakage issue from my existing washing machine water hose. Looking forward to use the dryer and purchase more Prism+ products when its time to replace other household items. :)
The washer came with a short power plug and short water inlet and outlet hoses. It would be great if longer hoses or extensions were included for a better user experience.
