Prism was prompt in the reported fault. My TV was replaced within a week after emailing them. It started off with troubleshooting via email, although this process ding dong quite awhile (2-3 days) but the staff reply was prompt even at night! Thereafter they send the technicians down (the following day after the troubleshooting ends) and they brought the TV back for check and gotten back on the finding within the day itself. My TV was replaced 3 days after the check! Very satisfied with the service provided by prism. ??????
I am very satisfied with the service provided by Prism+ from pre-purchase till now. I did a lot of research and consideration and even managed to clear my doubts with Prism+ on their FB page. I am very thankful for their prompt reply to allow me to make fast decision! Customer service was professional too! Delivery was fuss-less and fast.
I bought a75" after a friend, who bought a 86", recommended me to buy it. I have it fixed right in front of my bed and since then watch and play with the TV which comes with GooglePlay which has a speech command. Everything else is also very nice. With the help from the support services, I managed to cast (or mirror screen) from my iPhone onto the TV. This company has my recommendation for their product and super good service.
I ordered Q75 through online but there was some technical issues with the online order. Made a phone and was assisted smoothly by the customer service personnel. Waiting time for product to arrive was not long and the delivery crew were so friendly and help me on the usage of the tv in detail.
Not only Prism+ has a great service, the products are value for money too in addition to the discounts given.

I bought 75" prism TV to upgrade from 55". I have trusted Prism TV quality when I firstly posseses my E55" Prism Tv.
When I've installed my 75" Prism TV, I am amazed with the quality of the resolution especially when it features supported Dolby Vision.
The Dolby Vision is WOW!!! I really feel like im watching in cinema.
