With my boy praising how good the PRISM+ Q55 is, whole family so impressed with it's quality, good service and value that we decided to get the Prism+Q65" too! We are even more impressed with it's larger size now! Aiming for the next 75" or future 85" models now! :D
Bought this Q65 almost immediately after it was launched. Made a wrong purchase initially but was immediately resolved by the help desk. Very good service rendered.
Installation guys were prompt and fast. They were neat and tidy.
Setup was a breeze. Build quality is good. Picture resolution is superb. TV by itself on the plain wall is a pleasant sight.

Value for money, TV resolution is good and nice, and this is my 2nd times purchase. I bought this Android TV as a gift for my niece new house but her hall cabinet not ready yet, so unable to install TV. Thus, the installation man very friendly, helpful and thoughtful, told my niece to give them a call anytime to install the TV once her cabinet is ready, thumb up for the service👍🏻
I ordered the Q65 on 11/11 and it was delivered on a Sunday 15/11. And I was told that Saturday was Deepavali holiday, otherwise they will send to me on Saturday. In fact from my questions to their support during pre-sales and up to the installation and set-up of the TV, Prism+ is able to answer my queries and fulfil their obligation. I was actually most impressed with their 2 delivery staff. I had ordered the fix mount (as recommended by their pre-sales) as I was not sure my existing mounting is able to be used for the Q65. The two gentlemen in fact help to dismantle the old TV, remove the mount, did the measurement and fix the old mount into the new TV and mount the TV into existing bracket. Then they are able to pull the power cord through feature wall so that it can be hidden. This is really professional work. And when i asked how do I return the mount and request refund for the mount I ordered, they said they will take care of it. Bravo, in the same evening I received a notice that the new mount was returned and the refund is being processed. Wow! What can I ask for. As a matter of fact, I was quite skeptical with Prism+ as I have not ordered anything from them before. But this experience made me their supporter. Supporting this local company is certainly worth all the while. Prism+, please extend my thanks to the 2 delivery staff. Thank you.
