Smart switches with dimmability functions may not work well with our Fan/Light system
Most smart switches are not compatible with our dimmable LED bulbs because the internal
rectifier(SCR) of common smart switches interferes with the Power/Voltage that is supplied
to our Ceiling Fan Receiver, which already has a built-in system that adjusts the
Power/Voltage supplied to our LED bulbs. This double adjustment may result in non-ideal
power supply and cause light flickers/damage to the system

Installation
Fixed installation fee of $50 per fan will be paid separately after order confirmation. Installation fee
will be collected during scheduling (before the installation date) to confirm your slot. This will cover
installation on normal concrete ceilings below 3m with existing electrical points, and includes removal
of existing lighting and/or ceiling fan. Additional installation works may incur 1 additional day for
installation based on site conditions and associated charges* below may apply as advised by our ceiling
fan specialists. These charges must be paid upfront before any additional work can be carried out.
