PRISM+ Premium Extended Warranty – TV

The PRISM+ Premium Extended Warranty extends your total TV protection to 5 years, building on our standard 3-year onsite warranty. It provides peace of mind by covering eligible mechanical and electrical failures, including the cost of original parts, labour, and onsite servicing. In cases where a TV is beyond economical repair (BER), a 1-to-1 replacement will be provided (subject to coverage limits).

All services are performed by PRISM+ engineers or authorized partners, using only original manufacturer parts. This warranty is designed to ensure your product’s longevity — while protecting your investment.

The extended warranty must be purchased:

Together with the TV, or
Within 30 days of the TV’s delivery or purchase date (whichever is later)

For purchases involving a single TV with a corresponding extended warranty, registration will be completed automatically, and no further action is required.

In cases where multiple units of the same TV model are purchased with only one extended warranty, our customer service team will reach out within 3 working days after delivery to confirm which unit the extended warranty should be applied to.

Service Process

To request a service:

Contact us via the PRISM+ Support Form or call 60282215.
Provide your TV model, serial number, and order ID.
Wait for a service confirmation — unauthorized third-party repairs are not covered and will void the warranty.

Replacement Terms

If your TV is assessed and deemed beyond economical repair (BER), PRISM+ will:

Provide a new like-for-like replacement model
Deduct any cumulative repair costs from the coverage cap (equal to your purchase price after PRISM+ discounts)
Immediately terminate the extended warranty upon replacement

What’s Not Covered

Physical Damage	Damage from physical impact, such as cracks, drops, dents, scratches, or panel discoloration
Burn-in or Image Retention	Screen burn-in issues, such as OLED/QLED retention from static images like HUDs or news tickers
Power-Related Damage	Electrical faults, such as lightning strikes, surges, or improper use of converters and power sources
Misuse or Negligence	Failures due to poor handling or environment, such as liquid damage, overheating, pests, improper mounting, or tampering with display components such as removing the polarising film.
Unauthorized Modifications/Repairs	Issues from tampering, such as rooting, firmware hacks, or non-authorized servicing
External Devices & Accessories	Damage from connected equipment, such as broken ports, non-standard remotes, or third-party accessories

Contract Termination

The PRISM+ Premium Extended Warranty ends when any of the following occurs:

The total cumulative repair cost reaches the TV’s net purchase price (after PRISM+ voucher deductions)
The TV is replaced under BER policy
The 2-year extended warranty period concludes

Once a replacement is issued, all remaining warranty coverage ends immediately.

Out-of-Scope Fee Schedule

For issues not covered by warranty, the following estimated charges apply:

Final repair costs depend on model, size , issue type, and part availability.

Additional Information

PRISM+ Store Vouchers used during purchase are deducted from your effective coverage cap. Third-party or platform (e.g. Shopee, Lazada) vouchers do not affect coverage.
Product misuse or environmental negligence may lead to claim rejection even if within the coverage period.
