1. Promotion Name

2. Promotion Period

3. Eligibility 

Open to customers aged 18 years and above.

Employees of PRISM+, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Participate

Customers who make a purchase at any of our Retail Stores and IT Show only during the Promotion Period are eligible to participate in the lucky draw.
Each transaction constitutes one (1) entry, unless otherwise stated.
Proof of purchase may be required for verification.

5. Prize

Winner will receive one (1) Nanobot Elite AI (“Prize”).
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other items.

6. Lucky Draw & Winner Selection

Winners will be selected via random draw from all eligible entries.
Draws will be conducted at the end of the Promotion Period.
PRISM+’s decision on the selection of winners shall be final and binding.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via phone call using the contact details provided at the point of purchase or participation.
Winners must respond within 7 days from the date of notification, failing which PRISM+ reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner.

8. Prize Collection

Prizes must be collected in person at a location and within a timeframe specified by PRISM+.

Winners may be required to present valid identification and proof of purchase for verification purposes. 

9. Publicity

By participating in the Promotion, winners consent to the use of their name and/or likeness for publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. General

PRISM+ reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate the Promotion or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

PRISM+ shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or in connection with the Promotion or the use of the Prize, except where required by law.

This Promotion is governed by the laws of Singapore.

In-Store PRISM Care Complimentary Servicing
Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Name

IT Show Free Extra Year of Care (“Promotion”).

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid from 24 April 2026 to 31 May 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility 

Open to customers aged 18 years and above.
Employees of PRISM+, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Participate

This Promotion is applicable for purchases made at our Retail Stores and IT Show only.
Online purchases are not eligible for this Promotion.

5. Reward Detail

Customers must purchase a minimum one (1) year PRISM Care subscription to qualify for the Promotion.
Customers will receive one (1) complimentary year of PRISM Care servicing.
The maximum entitlement is one (1) complimentary year, regardless of the number of PRISM Care subscription years purchased.
Quarterly PRISM Care subscriptions are not eligible for this Promotion.

6. Service Activation Timeline

The complimentary servicing will only begin after the paid PRISM Care subscription period ends.
Example:
If a customer purchases 1 year of PRISM Care, the complimentary servicing will take place in Year 2.

7. Cancellation Policy

If the customer cancels the PRISM Care subscription before completing at least one (1) full year (four servicing sessions), the complimentary servicing entitlement will be voided.
