CNY Huat Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Name 

CNY Huat Giveaway (“Promotion”). 

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid from 18 January 2026 to 15 February 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). 

3. Eligibility

Open to customers aged 18 years and above. Employees of PRISM+, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 

4. How to Participate

Customers who make a minimum spend of SGD $1800 in a single receipt at any of our 8 retail stores during the Promotion Period are eligible to participate in the lucky draw.

Each qualifying transaction constitutes one (1) entry, unless otherwise stated. Proof of purchase may be required for verification. 

5. Prizes

A total of three (3) winners will be selected each week during the Promotion Period.

Each winner will receive one (1) Evosonic Ultra with Core Accessories (“Prize”).

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other items. 

6. Lucky Draw & Winner Selection

Winners will be selected via random draw from all eligible entries. Draws will be conducted weekly during the Promotion Period. PRISM+’s decision on the selection of winners shall be final and binding. 

7. Winner

Notification Winners will be notified via phone call using the contact details provided at the point of purchase or participation. Winners must respond within 7 days from the date of notification, failing which PRISM+ reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner. 

8. Prize Collection

Prizes must be collected in person at a location and within a timeframe specified by PRISM+. Winners may be required to present valid identification and proof of purchase for verification purposes. 

9. Publicity

By participating in the Promotion, winners consent to the use of their name and/or likeness for publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

10. General

PRISM+ reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate the Promotion or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

PRISM+ shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or in connection with the Promotion or the use of the Prize, except where required by law. This Promotion is governed by the laws of Singapore.
