Two weeks ago, I made a purchase of 2 TVs from Prism+ at their Funan Mall outlet. I was greeted by their lovely staffs who were having their lunch at that time. I was very impressed with their services. I brought along my grandmother who wanted a 65 inch tv for her room. As a treat to my grandmother, I brought a 65inch mini LED TV and a 43 inch google TV for my living room. From the day I ordered till the day the TV arrived to our home, it only took 2 days for the whole delivery to be made. Prism+ kept their promise to a fast delivery service. The delivery was prompt and efficient, from the time the TVs were installed to the setup of the TVs were remarkable, reason being, the 65inch TV had some hardware issues with the screen which was alerted to us by the Prism staff himself. We didn't see much difference. It was then when I realised that if it was another person, they wouldn't have noticed the difference and left. This Prism staff was genuinely concerned on the defect and made arrangements to get the 65 inch TV to be replaced immediately. To be honest, I was at work and my grandmother was at home enjoying her new television. I received a call from Prism that the TV is being replaced to a new one for the defect the previous one had. Prism promises the best products and they keep up their word. This is solely based on my personal experience with them. Now I'm planning to purchase another TV again from them for my room. Definitely a great brand and my whole family is thankful to Prism+ for their utmost professional service. I've never had this kind of best experience from other brands which are considered reputable in Singapore. Prism+ thank you for everything you have done. I have and will continue to recommend Prism+ to everyone I know. Keep up the great work and kudos to all of the staff of Prism+ who have served and assisted me from the day of purchase till successful installation. God bless.

Everything is so fast and convenient. This is the best ever TV that I bought. Price is affordable to no need to spend so much with other brand for same quality.
Only one thing i can’t advise right now is after sale service since i just got the device but i’m pretty sure they won’t let me down. Prism+ rock!
