Excellent customer support from Prism. Monitor initially had an issue with the insertion of the stand to the monitor rear shell. Customer support was prompt and upon clarification the staff arranged and expedited an exchange of the monitor. The replacement monitor had no issues and is working very well now.
Picture quality and refresh rate is quite good.
Played on monitor with ps5 and the quality is better than those expensive gaming monitor outside.
