Great customer service and the installation went really smooth..
Personally I am fearful of extreme coldness. For Prism+zero aircon setting is always at 25 degree which is comfortable.
When we have guests over 10 people, this aircon works like magic because of the comfortable environment it can provide for my guests. (15 degree).
Team 25 Ramesh and Mathi is very patient and hardworking. When faced with a technical issue during installation, they gave me few options to resolve. They worked efficiently and meticulously throughout the day. Thumbs up Team 25 air con installation team.
The pressure test conducted by Mr Yusof from team 7 was excellent & well executed to ensure the pressure test were conducted correctly.Covered the Cu & Fcu.After 48hrs of stand pressure, Mr Yusof discovered the CU cause the leak & arrange for total CU replacement.And this is done within a day & things that was not done properly by the installer team was pick up by Yusof team.They rectified immediately.Thank you once again to Mr Yusof from team 7 for the excellent job & go extra mile to satisfy Prism+ customer.??????
Bought during promo and gotten a free TV with 2 sys aircon purchase. After offset gross payment, it about 20% cheaper then starmax aircon. Installation team is professional and cross check my PUB bill shows that the electrical usage is similar to the starmax aircon it replace . Apps base help to monitor & remote control the blower which is useful. Good Buy !
