The pressure test conducted by Mr Yusof from team 7 was excellent & well executed to ensure the pressure test were conducted correctly.Covered the Cu & Fcu.After 48hrs of stand pressure, Mr Yusof discovered the CU cause the leak & arrange for total CU replacement.And this is done within a day & things that was not done properly by the installer team was pick up by Yusof team.They rectified immediately.Thank you once again to Mr Yusof from team 7 for the excellent job & go extra mile to satisfy Prism+ customer.👏👏👏
Bought during promo and gotten a free TV with 2 sys aircon purchase. After offset gross payment, it about 20% cheaper then starmax aircon. Installation team is professional and cross check my PUB bill shows that the electrical usage is similar to the starmax aircon it replace . Apps base help to monitor & remote control the blower which is useful. Good Buy !
After getting the system 4 aircon installed about 2 weeks ago we have given a go to test all 4 units . All is working well thanks to the installing team of Ah Long, Hong Chia Kwang, Sashi Kumar and Vijay Kumar who were very well versed in their job and did it very smoothly and was very organised in their job clearing all the rubbish after finishing in fast and professional way. Would like to Thank them again . 👍👍
Mr. Ramesh and colleagues from team 25 did a great job with the installation as well as after service. They regularly checked in on the progress or got consent for works before proceeding and then cleared up afterwards. They also reminded me to check everything before they left.
