Quality of monitor arm was good but sadly it does not fit the design requirements of my setup but nonetheless appreciate Prism's support team for fast service and rectification. Definitely return for future buys
I love the size and easy way to clamp the arms to the table. Easy adjustments for both arms and all the tools are provided.
Very strong especially for my 32 inches and I will be upgrading to 38 inches monitor soon.
