Copy of WARRANTY POLICY
A. General Terms and Conditions
- PRISM Tech Private Limited (PRISM+) warrants its products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period as defined in the Limited Product Warranty Chart, and will at its sole discretion, repair, or replace the product with a similar product.
- The warranty coverage only applies to repairs and replacements done in Singapore while the product is being used in Singapore.
- The Warranty period commences on the date of delivery. In the case, where customer lost the proof-of-purchase, the warranty period shall be deemed to have started 3 months from the the date of manufacture indicated on the products or obtained from the serial number.
- Within the warranty period, PRISM+ will, at no additional charge, perform repair or replacement of defects in workmanship or parts covered by this warranty.
- If repair is not possible or not commercially viable, PRISM+ may replace the product with a new or refurbished product of similar functionality.
- In the case that the specific product is no longer available, PRISM+ will replace the unit with a newer product of the same screen size.
- After a repair, firmware upgrade or replacement the warranty period will continue from the date of the original purchase.
- Product is considered Out of Warranty based on the conditions set forth in the Limitations and Exclusions section.
B. Limitations and Exclusions
The Warranty shall be rendered null and void if:
- The Warranty Period has expired.
- The product is damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or negligence after the purchase of the Product.
- Warranty does not cover the natural ageing of materials, normal wear and tear, or if customer change of mind.
- Warranty does not cover consequential damages (e.g. loss of data or loss of income)
- Alteration on the proof-of-purchase or model/serial number in any way or is made illegible. (e.g. removed, erased defaced, altered or tampered)
- Loss of purchase order invoice, support team will be using the monitor digit serial number to verify that the product is still within the warranty period from manufacturer build date.
- Repairs or product modifications have been carried out by unauthorized company or persons.
- Defect caused by excessive use outside the intended purpose.
- Defect resulted from the abuse of the product or by environmental conditions that are not in conformance with the user manual of the product.
- Damages caused by connecting non-recommended peripherals, additional equipment or accessories in the user manual.
- Damages caused by act of nature such as animals, lightning, unusual voltage, fire, natural disaster, rain, etc.
- Integration of third party application used on- or with the purchase products.
- Products that have image retention is not covered as it is temporary: it will go off naturally in time.
- Screen Burn-In is not covered as it is classified as user-caused damage (such as keeping the TV on for long hours with static images being displayed as it is recommended to keep the screen off when customers are not using it)
C. Extended Warranty Terms
- Extended warranty will be only applicable for customer who purchased warranty extension package for the specific model and will be auto-register in our system once purchased.
- The extended warranty package will provide additional 2 years of warranty coverage which begins at the end of the default 3 years warranty.

E. Pixel Policy
Should the LCD panel be diagnosed to contain or exceed the following number of non-conforming pixels within the duration of the Warranty period, the LCD panel is then considered as a defect and can be claimed as in warranty service:

F. Return Policy
You may return your order if you have received the wrong item in your package.
The general requirements for returns are as follows:
- You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
- The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original, unopened packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts received with it.
- The product must not have been used
If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please have your order invoice number ready and drop us an email at support@prismplus.sg. Our customer service team will verify the return reason and arrange for the return.
We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
G. Shipping Policy
For PRE-ORDERS, our Customer Service Officers will contact you again to arrange for the necessary procedures needed once our stocks are available.

H. TV Wall Mount Warranty Terms and Conditions
- PRISM+ warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the product's Warranty Period. The warranty period starts on the original purchase date of the product.
- This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and not to any subsequent owner. If still owned by the original purchaser, all PRISM+ products are covered by a limited product warranty from the original purchase date of the product.
- The limited warranty is automatically void if your PRISM+ products is modified in any way, improperly installed, taxed beyond its stated weight capacity, or otherwise misused or abused.
- The limited warranty for wall and ceiling mounts is void if the mount is moved from its initial installation.
- All PRISM+ bracket is intended for indoor use only and any outdoor use voids this limited warranty.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRISM+ disclaims any other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and warranties of merchantability.
- PRISM+ will not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use its products, even if PRISM+ has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRISM+ disclaims any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages (such as the cost of repairing or replacing other property which damaged when the device does not work properly). Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
- PRISM+ will provide 3 years warranty and 1 year for installation warranty. Please refer to the warranty table for TV Wall Mounts
