My previous tv knocked out and I was struggling to get a similar TV size at a similar price point from other major retailers and brands. They were all in the 3k and above price point and I simply wasnt ready to get one that cost so much.
I chanced upon Prisms National Day sale and saw this amazing deal. Having bought a prism tv before, I was already assured of their TVs and their service standards. The tv model and fantastic price point sealed the deal for me. No regrets. The Delivery date was arranged the day after my purchase and within 3 days, I had this slim and sleek tv on my console.
Was a little disappointed at the beginning as I waited few days for Prism to contact me. When the sme came, I was shocked to see the statement 'we hv tried to contact you but cant'. I then called Prism no one contacted me n that that sms was wrong. I was then told by Prism coordinator that that sms is 'just to inform me'. This is ridiculous. Anyway they delivered the tv several days later. Tv is ok
