The installation was quick and easy, with clear instructions that made the process straightforward—no complicated steps required. I installed it with the Prism C270 (27 inch), and it handles the monitor's weight perfectly! One thing to note: the white pieces (use to hide the cables of the monitors) are made of plastic, so I hope it won't oxidize and turn yellowish over time. That said, I really appreciate the silvery color—it looks great and adds a nice touch!

Monitor arm delivery was prompt and the item came in good condition. Installation was very simple and straightforward. The quality and sturdiness of the monitor arm are solid. Adjustments and moving the screen around were smooth and fluid. Definitely a good buy at a reasonable price.
