We purchased the PRISM+ digital lock over the weekend, and it was delivered and installed within just 4 days! The installer was friendly, professional, and efficient throughout the whole process. Really impressed with the fast turnaround and smooth experience from purchase to setup!
Wi-Fi Gateway is working fine. However, it cannot be connected to my WiFi-6 router even though it can be connected to an earlier generation router. Hopefully the firmware can be changed.
So far so good. Looks good and sleek and works fine since we installed it. However be prepared that installation is an extremely dusty affair - as the wood cutter spits out sawdust everywhere.
