Please remember to tighten the screws on the contact points before mounting your monitor. You may adjust the arms accordingly to your flexibility preference by loosing/tightening the contact points after the monitor has been mounted.
Please remember to screw in the provided spacers ("silver flat headed screws") or metal plate to allow the PRISM+ monitor to be mounted on the Arc Arm. Should you have misplaced the spacers, please contact us at support@prismplus.sg and our staff will gladly assist you in this.
Kindly send contact us and our helpful staff will be with you.The screws at neck will secure the monitor when tightened - while we do not guarantee it not having a wobble at all, it should be more stable than being entirely flimsy.

Please be sure to keep the original packaging as well as all included accessories.
Please pack the faulty monitor with its corresponding accessories (Power adapter, DP/HDMI cables, screws) into its original packaging.
