The nightmare reviews on Prism+ poor service and delivery are completely true. Months of poor review on same issues like not contactable, no response, failed deliveries, still no improvement.
Ordered with climate voucher and no response. Had to initiate through chat and told delivery team will call. Took them few days to finally contact. Fix an earliest slot a week later, then no Show! Chat says order was cancelled and no other details, wait for call. Finally call in evening to explain their system, which has been already doing this Lazada climate voucher scheme, automatically cancelled orders with no reason given. Every response needs to be initiated. Finally delivered, climate voucher price is $269 while without CV is $169! Government give climate vouchers not for companies to profit so blatantly like this. Now where in advert is stated the Price with CV, who knew the mark up was $100. Will complain to NEA on this separately on merchants profiting on government green initiatives.
Fridge comes with reversible door, when asked to switch, delivery guy demanded top up, says company never say. Was never even option mentioned at any stage of ordering or scheduling delivery! POOR！
