The previous 86-inch, the surface glass had a lot of reflection, but this 100-inch is matte surface, so very comfortable to see without reflections...

Scheduled appointment was cancelled by the installer at the very last minute and the company expecting the customer to accept it. I have to demand and insisted so strongly that the company reschedule on the same day delivery and installation. I was made to wait for more than 8 hours. The company policy penalize customers who make last minute cancellation. How about the company who fail to delivery what they promised?
