Free gifts and accessories (including remote control) are covered under the 2 year standard warranty and are not covered under the extended warranty. The extended warranty covers the rack mechanical parts, circuit board, sensor and other electronic components. This Warranty does not cover physical damage to the laundry rack due to over loading or water damage/electrical damage due to customer's site conditions |

Laundry Rack situations |
Damage resulting from overloading the laundry rack, power surges/electrical spikes, or water exposure will not be covered under warranty where such damage is caused by user misuse or negligence. |
