Colour is pretty. Work as intended and I do not need to bring key out. But I do not have a warranty coz I did not top up money to upgrade my door stopper.

Quality:Deduct 1 star cause the 1st unit installed is faulty and can't connect to wifi, deduct another star because the 2nd technician came and the door lock was misaligned and slanted. it took the 3rd technician to rectify the alignment and touch up on the cracks.
Performance:customer service gave explanation that the technicians are outsourced 😖. Performance wise works well so far, as I figured out on the configuration myself to make adjustments to suit the family. Should have taken the none ultra version for the door as it's facial recognition isn't really required after you unlock the gate, and the door viewer angle is rather limited and when dark it will shine very bright light so people will definitely know you are looking at them

Performance:Didn't get what I paid for.
Installation was pretty quick but the units couldn't connect to my home WiFi. The added block of wood to mount my gate lock obscures the door camera and customer service gives generic replies like, "We'll get back to you as soon as the relevant departments gets back to us" or something like that.
I paid for the features and can't even enjoy them.

Installer seem advise the incorrect in placing the wooden plank and cutting partly the metal.gate. as we first time used we just follow.once just installed only we see that thr camera inside cant be used to see the visitor before the gate as it s covered by the additional plank itself.. only when gate is opened, we can see.
