Installing is great work. The teaching of using it need to take more time.As he teach very fast .As tech service can be improve by allowing tech to come down within the day or next day when have issure.

On 30th May 2026, Three Logistic guys came to my home to deliver and to install the Smart Lock Bundle. The Spectre Door Lock is just awesome but upon inspection I found that the Logistic guy did not adjust the side of the door properly to fit. The side panel of door was screwed on one side only instead of 4 screws there intact only 2 screws. There is a gap at the corner where he should pushed it properly before screwing all 4 screws. While adjusting the door to the side panel he put it in such a manner that he could only installed using 2 screws. He did not tell me about this but continued to install and the door works well. I did not noticed at all until they left and I wanted to close the door that I realized. The rest you figured out, I don't need to tell more.
