Performance:Performance is excellent except I can't seem to see dust particles with the green light???
Best Feature(s):When comparing with Dyson v12, this Prism+ unit is very heavy. The brush head is too bulky thus unable to access low height space. Also battery slotting is not as good as Dyson due to very shallow connecting grooves. Otherwise it is a fantastic unit. Can't ask for more for the price range. It's good to have this unit as spare and backup :)
Finally, I have no idea where can I get extended warranty registered since I paid for it, as supplier claimed they do not provide such warranty extension 🤔🤔🤔 Need Shopee's urgent advice ?????????????
