General Conditions & Limitations |
General Coverage: The basic warranty safeguards all mechanical and electrical components, with labor and transport costs covered for a limited period, while the extended warranty likewise protects every mechanical and electrical part but provides full labor and transport coverage for the entire term. Warranty Validity: Warranty is valid only if installation is performed by PRISM+ or its authorized service partners. Any third-party or self-installation automatically voids all warranty coverage. Delayed Purchase: If the extended warranty is purchased more than seven days after the fan purchase date, a 60-day waiting period will apply; coverage will not commence on the purchase date but will be retroactively effective from the original installation date. 1 to 1 Basis: Each extended warranty must be purchased on a one-to-one basis with the ceiling fans; the total warranties purchased must equal the number of fans. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover failures or damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper maintenance and unauthorized repairs. |
