Suprised at the quality of the arms able to hold up the weight of the laptop without being droopy. Overall very convenient and easy to assemble.
I wanted dual monitors stacking on top of each other instead of having them side by side. The Arc Stealth Pro and Arc Stealth Pro Add-On Kit not only satisfied my needs, but even added mobility to the whole setup making both monitors adjustable. You would think this is the end? Nope! Coupled with a beautiful outlook, it is without a doubt the sure go-to if your setup requirements are the same as mine! Now that the product review is over, let's head on to customer service next.
The efficiency and professionalism of the backend Prism+ staffs is a sheer jaw-dropper! I dropped a message in the chat system at 0300+hrs in the early morning with the expectation of receiving a reply the next working day but no, there is really a HUMAN operator behind the chat system at that hour. Kudos to Prism+ company's workflow and management. I'm proud to be a Singaporean with Prism+ being a locally founded company. Keep up the good job in every aspect of your workflow Prism+!
Good and robust design
Clamp fit well on a magnus table. No issues with closing the tray cover after installing the c clamp. Only small issue I have is I wish the pole for the monitor arm is longer. Barely fit a 32 inch (16:9) and 34 inch (21:9) on top of one another as seen in the picture. Great buy nonetheless!
The best feature about this arm among the rest is that it can create a top and bottom view like my set up below.
This also didn’t limit the mobility of the screen options that i May wanna change from time to time.
Bonus is that the possibility to add an extra arm really also creates the ease to increase another screen for the future
