The Prism+ Arc Beam monitor arm is sleek, sturdy, and super adjustable!
I was fortunate that PRISM tech support had already delivered the spacer screw to me on a separate courier before purchasing this product. However, there was no spacer screw provided in this packaging, and the bracket (see picture) cannot fix without spacers attached - minus 1 star. Overall the product is stable enough to hold the C315 monitor. In terms of customer service, PRISM did an excellent job!
