General Terms for Acknowledgement

1. Additional Material Charges:
   

1. The charges quoted during the site survey for additional materials are tentative and may be subject to change
   

2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or changes to the installation address, deviations from the original plan may occur, and additional charges may apply as recommended by the installer
   
   

2. Cooling Capacity:
   

1. Please note that the compressor unit (PRCZ28 or PRCZ36) may not be able to support all fan coil units at the same time. This depends on the total combined output of the fan coil units
   
   

3. Preparation Before Installation:
   

1. Kindly ensure that all items and furniture near the air conditioning unit and trunking route are cleared before the installation day
   

2. If you need help moving bulky items, we can assist for an additional charge starting from $200
   
   

4. Disposal of Existing System(s):
   

1. Removal and disposal of existing air conditioning units, trunking, and condenser units are included at no extra cost
   

2. If you wish to retain the existing aircon system, there will be an additional charge of $200
   
   

5. Rescheduling or Cancellation:
   

1. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid extra charges

2. Changes made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a $180 charge
   
   

6. Installing a Second Condenser in HDB Flats:
   

1. The installation of a second condenser unit in an HDB flat requires prior approval from HDB, including approval for the location of the unit. Please note that the service level agreement (SLA) may be extended to accommodate this approval process
   

2. A second condenser unit installation may require higher electrical power loading, as determined by HDB. If the block does not have the necessary electrical capacity, you will need to engage a certified electrician to submit Form CS/5H to SP Services Ltd and coordinate the necessary electrical testing
   

3. PRISM+ will not be responsible for any power trips or related issues arising from the installation of a second condenser unit without the required electrical power upgrades
   
   

7. Power Source and Supply

1. The aircon order price does not include the cost of new or additional power points

2. If you choose to use your existing power points, Prism+ will not be responsible for any electrical problems, such as short circuits or any socket issues. (This could include socket burns, sparks coming out from the power point, etc)
   
   

8. Changes to Routing and Installation Plan

1. If you would like to make changes to the installation plan after the site survey, please ensure that you or the decision maker is present on-site to discuss these changes

2. If no decision maker is available during the installation, we will proceed according to the original plan

3. Any changes requested after installation has started will incur additional charges. Work will only continue once payment for these changes has been received

9. Lift Malfunctions:
   

1. If the lift malfunctions on the installation day, there will be additional charges due to the extra effort required to carry the equipment up the stairs
   
   

10. For Condominium and MCST Properties Only:
    

1. Customers are responsible for applying for the installation permit to work (PTW) with the property management (MCST)
   

2. Please apply for the PTW at least 3 days to 1 week before the installation and ensure that approval confirmation is received before the installation day
   

3. Kindly inform us of any property-specific restrictions (e.g. no noise from 12–2 PM or the need to vacate premises by 6 PM), as required by the property management (MCST)
   

4. Please ensure that lift protection (e.g. pads) and corridor protection are in place, as required by the property management, and that PRISM+ has access to these protections for collection and placement.
