Coverage & Repair Limits |
Free gifts and accessories (including batteries) are covered under the 1 year standard warranty and are not covered under the extended warranty. The extended warranty covers the lock mechanical parts, circuit board, fingerprint sensor and other electronic components. This Warranty does not cover water damage to the Smart Lock. |

In the event that your smart lock model becomes obsolete or is damaged beyond a point of repaid, we will offer a replacement of equal or similar functionality. |

Extended Warranty Eligibility |
Purchase your Extended Warranty within 6 months of your product's installation or delivery date to ensure coverage is valid. Extended Warranty purchases made after this 6-month period will not be eligible for coverage. |
