My PRISM+55 AL Google TV was delivered one week ago by the friendly PRISM technician with the fast and accurate work to set up my 55AL Google TV and my Symphony sound bar, giving me confidence and service support from PRISM products, Thank you PRISM and looking forward to other home appliances in near furture.
Good quality, vibrant colors
The PRISM TV we got really meets our needs and budget.
From the time of purchase right up to delivery and then to using it, the experience has been very smooth. We're impressed with a few things: 1) The seamless service from sales to usage and after sales. It's been easy and seamless to deal with various aspects, and to have a coordinated experience is helpful to make things frictionless. 2) Very impressed with the support service that's available online. The online sites to guide us with maintenance issues, with asking questions, with delivery etc. . . all of this is very well organised, clear, simple to use. This is a sign that the backend of Prism is solid. 3) The TV itself seems really robust -- both hardward and software. Setting up, downloading apps, optimising, setting up accounts etc. All have been very smooth. For the money, the value is really unbeatable. 4) Time will tell just how long the TVs last, and issues down the road but for now, in these early days, very impressed! One tiny issue which we recognise is hard to complain, but we encourage PRISM to reconsider pitching is the offer of a MeWatch prime voucher. That prime voucher really doesn't add much. It's more a MeWatch issue -- all it does is give us ad-free viewing and some early release viewing. This is not much of a value add to the free MeWatch. It doesn't do much to enhance PRISM's already very good product and service. Much better would be a subscription that really adds value such as HBO/MAX/Universal/Disney/Netflix.
I am very pleased with my purchase of Prism+ OLED 55AL Google TV. The colors are vibrant and sound system is excellent. Both sales and after sales services are good and their quick response to my queries. I am also very impressed with delivery and installation of my TV. Overall services are excellent and so is the quality of TV images are sharp. Thank you.
Since my 55AL (outlet model) had over 6 dead pixels, it was going to be exchanged with another one but due to the model being out of stock, I was luckily informed that it would be replaced with 55AL (Google TV) instead. It was communicated by phone and email. The process was smooth. I think this 55 AL (Google TV) is slightly better than 55AL ((Outlet model), Android TV) in terms of response speed, interface, remote controller, and voice assistance. I highly recommend 55 AL (Google TV)!
