I ordered via shopee on 4 Jan and based based on the advertisement, my tv would be delivered within 2-4days. CS called on 5/1 and next available delivery is 13/1. Due to some unforseen circumstances, I rescheduled the delivery to 17/1 4-8pm.
On day of delivery, nothing came thru till 7pm. We called the driver and was informed that they have loaded wrong tv and thus no delivery done after we purposely cleared ourday for the delivery. Called CS and was imformed that they will rescheduled to another day. What a bummer!!
CS called me back on 19/1 and had reschedule for 21/1. The only great thing abt the whole order is the service of the delivery guy who did his work so efficiently. Otherwise this purchase would be a bad experience.

Very satisfied, the installer confirm the height I want to install tv mount before drilling. Drilling work does not a lot dust. Installer explains on guarantee details. Delivery personnel: GBK5156T Aizat & partner doing great job!
