It all started with a tele Call to Prism customer representative, who explained to me what the TV models are, and that there was special offer price for a TV and a Soundbar, and went through details of the product features. I kept him on the phone for quite a long while, asking many questions on different model. The representative was very patient and answered all my queries. I was pleased with his answers and decided to purchase a Q55 Ultra TV together with a 2.1 ch Dolby Ultra Slim Soundbar as a set. The delivery was on time and the installation was smooth. From the initial telephone enquiry about the product to the final delivery and setting up of the TV and soundbar have been smooth sailing. The one draw back is that the sound would have been better if I had chosen an Ultra Soundbar with a higher capacity
