What solution if my Prism freezer compartment ice block created frozen as per attachment, I never have this issue for my more than 20 years old fridge. Please advise

Have their TV, monitor and now their fridg. Good size and capacity, great value. Been using it for more than a week, no complaints about it. .
Design is nice and updated. After a week, it is ffunctioning up to expectations. Price wise can be considered cheapest in market for its capacity
