Its my 1st time using a automatic laundry rack. Out of so many brands that are available out there, i chose Prism+, and i had no regrets. Finally got the PRISM+ Solaris Pro to replace our old laundry rack that'd been broken for years, and it's been so much simpler to use! Not only are the voice controls super convenient whenever I'm in a hurry, but the remote is also a reliable and old-fashioned way to ensure ease of access.
First time owner of a laundry rack and glad I made Prism my choice. Super easy to use, flexible configuration allow for various types of laundry and different amount too. Have only switched on the blower / heater once so far, just to make the soft toys of my daughter could dry thoroughly, with the UV light to sanitise the toys.
The only issue I have is 3 poles not enough and will add 2more poles soon, since there are 2 more sets of holes on the rack.
